SHIPPING
The Happy Home Office Box ships out on or very close to the 15th of each month for subscribers from the previous month. Anyone that subscribes after the 1st of the the month, their first box will ship around the 15th of the following month.
Sorry your items didn't arrive as expected! Sometimes products get damaged during
shipping but we have a solution for you! Just email us pictures of the damaged product to thriveremotely@gmail.com and we will be happy to replace any damaged items.
We ship your Happy Home Office Box on or very close to the 15th of the month after the month you subscribe in. For example, if you subscribe in October, your first box will be shipped out in November 15th. If it has been 30 days from that date, then please contact us to help locate it for you at thriveremotely@gmail.com.
To update your address please log into your THRIVE Remotely account and select manage subscription. You will then have an option to update your shipping information. If your shipping address is changed after the 15th of the month, your latest box will have already been mailed to your previous address.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
MY ACCOUNT
You can do this by logging into your THRIVE Remotely account and navigating to the credit card section. If you need help with this, please email thriveremotely@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.
We understand things come up and you might need a break financially. You have the option to pause your account once a year for up to 2 months. If you would like to do this, please email us at thriveremotely@gmail.com and we will be happy to help.
We will be sad to see you go, but you can cancel your subscription at any time. Just log into your THRIVE Remotely account and follow the instruction to cancel. Accounts are billed on the first of the month, so any cancellations after that will cancel the following month.
You will be billed for your first month as soon as you sign up. After your first month, you will be billed on the 1st of the month as long as your subscription is active.
All plans will renew automatically each month.
